The site is maintained by Transpantanal Tour Ltda, company ID (CNPJ) 02.868.266/0001-86, which has operated floating hotels and excursions in the Pantanal since 1998, based in Porto Jofre, Mato Grosso.

02Purpose of the site

This site is informational. It presents the vessels, the experiences and the practical details of the trip, but it does not sell anything and does not process payments.

No page on this site completes a booking automatically.

03Bookings and prices

Bookings are arranged directly with our team, by WhatsApp, email or phone. Availability, prices, itineraries and payment terms are confirmed during that conversation and only become valid once confirmed by us in writing.

Season, date and capacity information published here is indicative and may change according to operations, river levels and navigation conditions.

04The nature of the experience

The activities take place in a natural environment. Sighting a jaguar or any other wild animal depends on the animals' behaviour and can never be guaranteed, and the same holds for the outcome of a day's fishing.

Weather, river levels, navigation conditions and rulings by environmental authorities may require changes to the itinerary for safety. The weather forecast shown on the site comes from an external service and is an estimate, not a guarantee.

05Acceptable use

You are free to browse, read and share links to this site. It may not be used for unlawful purposes, to attempt to compromise its security or availability, or to extract content automatically at a volume that harms the service.

06Content and intellectual property

The texts, photographs, videos, trade marks and other elements of this site belong to Transpantanal or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and industrial property law.

Reproducing, editing or making commercial use of this material without prior written permission is not allowed. For usage requests, please get in touch.

The site contains third-party links and content, such as YouTube videos, maps and the weather forecast service. We have no control over those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
